Cancellation Policy
For any booking made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, Guests have a 48-hour grace period to receive a full refund, no questions asked. After the 48-hour grace period, or for bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the following schedule applies:
Days | Guests receive |
Up to 90 days prior to arrival | A full refund |
From 90 and 14 days prior to arrival | A 50% refund and 50% in credit with HOLT |
From 14 and 7 days prior to arrival | 50% in credit with HOLT |
Within 7 days of arrival | 25% in credit with HOLT |
