Cancellation Policy

For any booking made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, Guests have a 48-hour grace period to receive a full refund, no questions asked. After the 48-hour grace period, or for bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the following schedule applies:

 

Days Guests receive
Up to 90 days prior to arrival A full refund
From 90 and 14 days prior to arrival A 50% refund and 50% in credit with HOLT
From 14 and 7 days prior to arrival 50% in credit with HOLT
Within 7 days of arrival 25% in credit with HOLT
