Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
The Neighborhood
Our property is located in Sector 1, right in the fanciest area of the entire city of Bucharest, just one street away from the beautiful Cismigiu Park, and a short stroll away from Old Town. You will have quick access to the most important landmarks of the city such as the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, the Palace of the Parlament, as well as many museums, art galleries, restaurants, and clubs. Discover historic architecture, old churches, cafés, and the romantic feel that makes this one of the most beautiful areas in the city.
Getting Around
There are many ways to get around the city. You are just a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.
Other things to note
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
