Nestled between Parque Juarez and the Parroquia, light floods this home from all sides on a quiet street up the hill. Even large groups will love the privacy with three King bedrooms spread across three floors, including a fourth bedroom with two singles. Two rooftop patios frame the city in all its majesty. HOLT’s three-level Centro Historico home will make for an unforgettable trip to San Miguel for your friends and family. From the rooftop patios you can see the entire town and valley. We completed construction in February 2023. You will bask in the incredible light from all sides as a corner house with a south-facing interior courtyard. Sleeping up to 9 people in our quiet home, relax with your group after busy days experiencing all San Miguel has to offer on foot. A secured parking garage, heavenly King beds, and modern touches round out this show-stopping home.
The home includes:

• The second King Bedroom also features a 50-inch smartTV, walk-in closet and attached en suite bathroom
• Bedroom Three has a King bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a king bed upon request.
• The bathrooms feature monsoon showerheads and plenty of clean linens, blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and the full range of toiletries offered!
The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, range & oven, blender, toaster, and much more
• A full laundry room complete with washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry services can be provided by HOLT staff.
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast is available free of charge Monday through Friday upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours’ notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day-arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Our property is located right in the heart of San Miguel, just a few minutes away from some of the most famous gems of the city, La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel and Plaza Allende, the pink limestone gothic church and a symbol of the city.

Our property has a garage available for one vehicle, making parking and moving easy. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot, this prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town with easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, HOLT can arrange this service for you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices.
All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property damage coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during their stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms, and conditions, and the house rules for proper use of this HOLT property. Guests can find the full rental agreement in the last photo of this listing. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest listed on the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
