This property has been fully renovated from scratch with the modern-day traveler in mind. Located in a quiet and exclusive gated community, and accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably, this will be the perfect home base for your trip to SMA.

Relax and enjoy the comfort of this amazing home in Nueva Escondida, just a short ride to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. Enjoy the convenient amenities and facilities of this beautiful community which include 24-hour gated security, swimming pools, a clubhouse, and gym facilities. In addition, all guests have access to Escondida’s free shuttles in and out of Centro, available on a schedule for pickup from your front door. Leave your car in our driveway and explore the city on foot!

The Bedrooms include:
• The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming apps, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the neighborhood.
• Bedroom 2 features a full bed

• Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds
• All bedrooms come with spacious closets for storage and high-quality linens and pillows to ensure a comfortable stay

The bathrooms offer:
• Oversized mirrors for getting ready to explore the city
• Plenty of clean towels in various sizes, a blow-dryer, and a full range of toiletries!

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern and well-stocked kitchen with all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils.
• Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, microwave, range & oven, blender, toaster, and much more

Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest,
• Iron, and ironing board
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee Monday through Saturday upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours’ notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood

HOLT’s property is located at Nueva Escondida, a beautiful and exclusive gated community, just a 10-minute drive from downtown San Miguel de Allende. You have access to the amazing amenities that Nueva Escondida has to offer during your stay. Work out in the gym facilities, enjoy the swimming pools, 24/7 security. Nueva Escondida also has a free shuttle service to and from downtown to the property, making this place the perfect home base to explore everything the magical city of San Miguel offers.

San Miguel de Allende is one of Mexico’s most attractive and charming cities, well-known for its culture and vibrant art. San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once!

Getting Around

For those with cars, the property has a driveway for your vehicle. You can also park a second vehicle on the street right outside the property. If you don’t have a vehicle, Nueva Escondida has a free and fast shuttle service that can take you downtown and back to the property. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.

Other Things to Note

All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property damage coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during their stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms, and conditions, and the house rules for proper use of this HOLT property. Guests can find the full rental agreement in the last photo of this listing. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest listed on the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
