The Space

HOLT’s two-level home will make for an unforgettable trip to San Miguel for your friends and family. Renovations completed in June 2023, the house has been stylishly designed with local art from Fabrica la Aurora. Sleeping up to 10 people, you will have a quiet and relaxing time in this incredible home in Nueva Escondida, just a short ride to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. The amenities include 24-hour gated security, secured parking, heated pools, a clubhouse, and gym facilities. In addition, all guests have access to Escondida’s shuttles in and out of Centro, available on a schedule for pickup from your front door.

The home includes:

• Roku on all TVs with tons of entertainment options and streaming apps to satisfy all your entertainment needs

The Living Rooms & Dining Rooms include:

The Bedrooms include:
• The master bedroom, on the ground level, features a king-sized bed, a 50-inch TV with streaming apps, and a spacious en-suite bathroom
• Bedrooms 2 features 2 queen-sized beds, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom,
• Bedrooms 3 also features 2 queen-sized beds, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom

The bathrooms include:
• The bathrooms feature monsoon showerheads and oversized mirrors to get ready for a day out exploring the city
• Plenty of clean linens, blow-dryer, three sizes of towels, and the full range of toiletries offered!

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, range & oven, blender, toaster, and much more

Everything else:
• Shared community facilities include two heated pools, a gym and a pick-up shuttle service in and out of the historic San Miguel Centro.
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board
• An additional half bathroom located on the ground level
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours’ notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood

HOLT’s property is located at Nueva Escondida, a beautiful and exclusive gated community, just a 10-minute drive from downtown San Miguel de Allende. You have access to the amazing amenities that Nueva Escondida has to offer during your stay. Work out in the gym facilities, enjoy the swimming pools, 24/7 security. Nueva Escondida also has a free shuttle service to and from downtown to the property, making this place the perfect home base to explore everything the magical city of San Miguel offers.

San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once!

Getting Around

For those with cars, the property has a driveway for your vehicle, you can also park a second vehicle on the street right outside the property. If you don’t have a vehicle, Nueva Escondida has a free and fast shuttle service that can take you downtown and back to the property. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.

Other Things to Note

Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
