The Space

Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, the apartment features two king-sized bedrooms and a sofa in the living room that easily converts into a double bed. The entire space is adorned with carefully chosen decor, creating the perfect retreat, inviting you to unwind after a day exploring the city. Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

Guest Access: 

 

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

 

Other details to note: 

 

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

 

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. 

 

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

 

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.

The Neighborhood

This apartment sits in the Universitate neighborhood of Bucharest. This neighborhood is known for its many restaurants and coffee shops, a perfect location. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés, and the many young people enjoying life make this an enticing area of the city. Being on the north edge puts you just outside the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

 

Getting Around

There are many ways to get around the city. The building is just two blocks walk to the subway station Piata Universitatii, and within a very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, and taxis. There are also bike and scooter-sharing companies and, of course, ride-hailing services like Uber.
