HOLT’s newly built 3-level home can host up to 8 guests comfortably, with three bedrooms distributed throughout this lush space, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will find spacious living and dining areas filled with natural light, beautifully maintained interior patios with dining areas and a walled garden, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, glorious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, workspace areas, all dripping with luxury. This will be the perfect home to experience a harmonious blend of modern luxury and the classic authenticity of the heart of Mexico. Relax on the rooftop terrace, the jewel of our heavenly home, with plenty of comfortable seating arrangements for your entire group, and enjoy the breathtaking views of San Miguel de Allende.

The Living Room includes:

• Full-sized dining table to enjoy a family meal at a beautiful hardwood table
• Fireplace and amazing views of the city through the massive glass doors

The Bedrooms include:

• The master bedroom, located on the first floor, presents with a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and a private workspace overlooking the garden!
• The second bedroom, located on the first floor, also features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and its own private workspace
• The third bedroom is contained within a freestanding casita on the first level of the property. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, its own living area and workspace
• Every room has plenty of cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Bathrooms include:

• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!

The Kitchen includes:

• A modern chef’s kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

Everything else:

• Washer and dryer
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and cleaning are available for an additional fee. Please note that we require at least 24 hours notice for the breakfast service.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Interaction

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.

The Neighborhood

San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and its enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to live more than once!

Our property is located right in the heart of San Miguel, just a 10-minute-walk away from La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, the pink limestone gothic church and a symbol of the city. The best location near restaurants, bars, and sightseeing are just a few steps outside our house. It doesn’t get better than this! Have a great time in this picturesque, historic city with your loved ones.

Getting Around: 

Our property has a garage available for one vehicle, making parking easy. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot. Our uphill prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel, as it offers both, beautiful scenic views and easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices.

Other things to note

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has two security cameras on the exterior, one with a view of the main entrance, and one with a view of the garage door. There is one camera on the rooftop with a view of the rooftop area and one on the patio. There are no cameras in private areas of the unit. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

Pets are not allowed. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught will be subject to a 500 USD fee.

We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
