Located in the quiet, exclusive gated community of Nueva Escondida, guests enjoy 24/7 security, access to the community heated pool and gym, and free scheduled shuttles straight to the heart of historic Centro — no car needed.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
HOLT’s property is located at Nueva Escondida, a beautiful and exclusive gated community, just a 10-minute drive from downtown San Miguel de Allende. You have access to the amazing amenities that Nueva Escondida has to offer during your stay. Work out in the gym facilities, enjoy the swimming pool, 24/7 security. Nueva Escondida also has a free shuttle service to and from downtown to the property, making this place the perfect home base to explore everything the magical city of San Miguel offers.
San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once!
There is free parking right in front of the property for multiple cars. If you don’t have a vehicle. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver of $53.50 USD, that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit of $500 USD, held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
