Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.

The Neighborhood

Playa de Canet is the main beach and is known for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere. Our apartment building is located within walking distance to Playa Canet and boasts stunning views of the ocean. You will find lots of restaurants, bars, popular bars, and stores nearby.

Getting Around

This property has one dedicated parking spot in the building garage, for those with cars. The center of Valencia is a 40 minute drive away from Gran Canet. There are bike rental companies nearby, as well as taxis available

Other things to note

Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
