Welcome to Burton in Spain, renovated in December 2023, this HOLT home strives to set itself apart from the usual, boring “beach retreat.” With bold colors, fun, and slightly avant-garde accents, it welcomes and encourages you to take a walk on the wild side.
Take your breakfast on one terrace as the sunrise over the city. Retire to the terrace on the other side of the apartment for evenings, watching the sun go down over a cloudless Mediterranean Sea.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.
One of the main attractions of Canet d’En Berenguer is its beautiful sandy beaches. The town boasts several kilometers of coastline with fine, golden sand and clear waters. Playa de Canet is the main beach and is known for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere. Our apartment building is located within walking distance to Playa Canet and boasts stunning views of the ocean. You will find lots of restaurants, bars, popular bars, and stores nearby.

This property has one dedicated parking spot in the building garage, for those with cars. The center of Valencia is a 40 minute drive away from Gran Canet. There are bike rental companies nearby, as well as taxis available
Other things to note
All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property damage coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during their stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms, and conditions, and the house rules for proper use of this HOLT property. Guests can find the full rental agreement in the last photo of this listing. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest listed on the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
