Cancellation Policy

For any booking made between 30 and 14 days in advance of the arrival date, guests have a 48-hour grace period to receive a full refund for cancellation. After the 48-hour grace period, or for bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the following schedule applies:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival – A full refund.
From 30 to 7 days prior to arrival – A 50% refund and 50% in credit with HOLT.
Within 7 days of arrival – 25% in credit with HOLT.
